Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can contact us at support@pourintoit.com. When reaching out to support, please include a description of what you ordered, what you received, and pictures if you can. Also, please include the order number, the name and the email used on the order.
Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please make sure you’re providing the correct information before submitting your order. We are unable to make any changes once the order is submitted. Pour Into It is not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered.
Fulfillment
Our products are made to order, and our items are embroidered. It’ll take us about 5 - 8 business days to create. This may not include how long it takes to ship and deliver.
