Our Policy

At Pour Into It Media, we pour our hearts into handcrafting body bars, aromatherapy wax melts, and curated media packages. Because our scent menu consists of personal care items and our media products are specially packaged to maintain hygiene and safety for our community, all sales are final, and we do not accept standard returns or exchanges.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand firmly behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If your order arrives damaged during transit, is defective, or if we made an operational error (e.g., sent the wrong item), we will absolutely make it right by issuing a refund or processing a replacement.

How to Request a Return or Refund for Damaged/Defective Goods:

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery at support@pourintoit.com.

  2. Include your Order Number and clear photographic proof of the damaged or incorrect item.

  3. Once approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, or a replacement will be shipped.

Please note: Pour Into It Media reserves the right to deny requests that fall outside our 7-day notification window or lack verifying documentation. Unsolicited returns mailed to our Chicago address without prior written authorization will not be processed.
