Our Mission
Pour Into It Media is a multidisciplinary production and cultural ecosystem dedicated to the stories of Black, Queer, and marginalized communities. We dissect the institutional systems that confine us, archive the stories that free us, and build the tangible tools needed to reshape our world and create the quality of life we deserve. From independent media production and curated literature experiences to community-centered resources, we create the spaces, both digital and physical, where our people can unlearn, explore, and thrive on their own terms.

Unapologetic Autonomy: We reject imposed expectations. We stand firmly in who we are, using our creativity and grit to disrupt old norms, claim space, and build a life and business on our own terms.
Reciprocal Community: We don't do transactional relationships. We actively pour into those who pour into us. We are deeply intentional about being kind, protecting our people, and ensuring our work directly serves and centers the actual needs of the community.
Deep Curiosity: We are naturally hungry to know more. We dig into our history, unearth folklore, and ask the hard questions about the structures around us so we can break old patterns and figure out how to move through this world with more freedom.
