Project (De)construction

Our Mission

Project (De)Construction is a web series that centers intergenerational conversations about the shifting relationship between people and the church. Through candid discussions, we explore personal experiences with faith, religious institutions, and spiritual journeys—or the absence thereof—in a non-judgmental space. Created in response to declining church attendance and evolving beliefs, Project (De)Construction amplifies voices often overlooked in mainstream religious discourse. By centering authenticity, curiosity, and community, we invite listeners to engage in open dialogue about faith, doubt, and what it means to (de)construct, rebuild belief on their own terms, or simply not believe.

Our Goals

Project Deconstruction has three goals; to give space to individuals who may be in the process of deconstructing what their beliefs are, or in the process of discovering a belief system that resonates with them, to explore how culture and society can influence our beliefs, and to have open conversations about places of worship that folks are familiar with.
